A brilliant white paper from Techweek Europe appeared in my Inbox yesterday.  It illustrates how IBM deployed Social Software to create a Social Business.  IDC conducted a Social Business Survey in 2011 and the results indicate that Social Software adoption is growing.  IDC partnered with IBM to help convey its evolution toward a more efficient and productive company using Social Tools.
